I had selected the right region and the right machine config but the console still showing the error message ""us-central1" violates constraint "constraints/gcp.resourceLocations" on the resource "projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-4ead2bd1b5a3/locations/us-central1/deployments/lamp-1".". Was frustrating.
