There were errors during the creation of the LAMP stack. The instructor also faced the same issue in the class. However, the instructor continued the demo with his personal account. I was not able to troubleshoot it. second Try: The stack deployed correctly this time. There needs to be a correction in the instructions to get the site URL user needs to go lamp-1 > Details insted of lamp-1-vm > Details (this confuses the student sometimes to go to the VM details page)
