Did not get the LAMP stack deployed due to cryptic error about central-1 even though I was set to east-4

while following the lab instruction i would get an error when clicking deploy. i checked all settings noted in the lab and they all mached what was said but the deployment still would not go through. i have a screenshot showing that i had west selected but when going to deploy it said i could not deploy in central1 there is no way to get assistance when issues like this come up.

took 3 attempts to get it to deploy. site URL wasn't under lamp-1-vm -> details, it was under the lamp-1 -> details that you're already redirected to.

There are bugs either in the instructions / qwiklab settings, as the lab does not allow creating a deployment in the target zone specified in the instructions.
