The LAMP Stack (Google Click to Deploy) deployment failed with a "Partial deployment" error. The underlying Infrastructure Manager / Cloud Build pipeline failed during terraform plan due to a Terraform state lock issue (Error acquiring the state lock: Failed to lock: LOCK http://localhost:3000?deployment=lamp-1). Additionally, student sandbox permissions do not allow deleting or modifying the deployment (iam.serviceAccounts.setIamPolicy), making it impossible to pass Task 2 or complete the lab.
