I don't understand why the name of the field (column) in the first exercise has to be "Company". Being a ref field in [contacts] table, it should be named as the creator wants as long as there is a field reference that matches it, but here, you can't select any field. Just type that the reference field is in the [companies] table. It's not intuitive at all, since there is no "company" field in [companies]. So you can't pick the field referenced, but just the table. And the only field name possible for the exercise to pass is "Company"
