It logged me out randomly, and then every attempt to deploy at the "Test the Cloud Run service" portion failed with a different error at each attempt. Running gcloud run deploy sample-py-app --source . --region=${REGION} --allow-unauthenticated results in error FAILED_PRECONDITION: failed precondition: due to quota restrictions, cannot run builds in this region. Please contact support. Another user shared that changing --region=${REGION} to --region=us-central1 corrected the issue.

ERROR: (gcloud.run.deploy) FAILED_PRECONDITION: failed precondition: due to quota restrictions, cannot run builds in this region. I did use the correct region: us-east1

issue with quotas

the first command have to be seperated to two commands. the change of the region dont take affect. and than i get error "failed precondition: due to quota restrictions, cannot run builds in this region. Please contact support"
