Creating Date-Partitioned Tables in BigQuery Reviews

Tasks 5 and 6 with auto-expiring partitions are incorrect and misleading and have nothing to do with real partition age. Partition age (which should be seconds because we just created it) is not related to the timespan selected to make partition.
