The public dataset "noaa_gsod" in Big Query is not available in the first time. I meet the message : "Your project has been suspended as part of a Alphabet wide change to eliminate all remaining projects in the /google-default folder by EIP-Cloud. All projects in this folder must sign up to be moved into a new location within the hierarchy to remain active. All projects that remain in a suspended state for more than 30 days will be permanently deleted. " But i renew the lab one second time, the dataset was available.
