While this lab demonstrated the form and function of creating partitions, there was information missing, such as the link to pin other data sets to the project. Also, when I added the public data set and ran the queries I always got "This query returned no results", although I was able to create the days_with_rain table, I couldn't populate it.

noaa_gsod doesn't include the current year and please update the query used to create _TABLE_SUFFIX filter
