Google Apps Script: Access Google Sheets, Maps & Gmail in 4 Lines of Code Reviews

i keep getting this error when i try to create a new sheet "We are sorry, but you do not have access to Google Docs Editors. Please log in to your Admin Console to enable Google Docs Editors." even that am signed in, please fix this
