unable to create a vm . create button didn't work when following the instructions

I couldn't create te VM's after creating my VPC. The button to create didn't work and the Network Interface in the Networking tab never reflected my networks.

I would like to give this 0 stars. it kept saying i dont have the required access to create subnets when i foolwed every step line by line. when working with enterprise companies and providing this certification please keep things in mind.. i was really looking forward to this. very disappointed

Could not create VM, the created network was not selectable when creating vm !

I deleted a default nertwork and created "mynetwork" but when I create vm, it isn´t in the network session. I cant folow the lab this way. I tried twice.
