After deleting the custom firewall rule, I was still able to ping using the internal IP.

Near the end of Task 3: After removing the mynetwork-allow-custom rule and trying to ping the VM's internal IP again, it still allows the ping with no packet loss even though the lab instructions say we should be seeing 100% packet loss, even after waiting more than 5 minutes for it to catch up. Others experienced the same, indicating a lab misconfiguration.

While I understand the concept of showing a "negative state" (i.e., what happens when something isn't available), it's confusing since you're making me perform the incorrect actions. Those should just be captured as conceptual training vs hands on. A better hands on experience would be to "fix" the issue.
