It looks like the SA needed to deploy the solution did not exist as it tried to set IAM policy. Since I cannot delete lamp-1, I tried to spin up another (lamp-2); the validation would not validate, so now I get to end and try again (I hope)...perhaps not a well-orchestrated lab...

First time, the deployment failed, I recreated the deployment, but since I think the name was lamp-2, the checkpoint didn't detect it correctly. Would be better to use a regex instead of a hardcoded name.
