Restarting the shell constantly takes a good amount of time.

Restarting cloud shell takes a long time(waited for ~5 minutes) and may not return. However killing the shell and starting a new one does not take more than 1-2 minutes

Might help to give an example of what the project ID looks like vs using [Project ID]. Do they need the []? I know the answer but someone seeing the lab for the first time might not. Anyways, was good. Thanks.
