There are 3 issues found: 1. import dask.dataframe as dd This was done by conda install -c conda-forge dask dask-geopandas 2. df.mean() line#104 not worked it was resolved after adding df[n] = pd.to_numeric(df[n], errors='coerce').mean() 3. Training not ran because of GCS output directory
