instructions not consistent with the UI on the google cloud console --> specifically for the pre-built container, wouldn't pop up at certain times. models wouldn't be imported automatically into the registry after training

There are some errors in code and descriptions, which need to be fixed. Those are mostly caused by continuous updates for both Python modules and GCP.
