Task 4 is out of data, broken or both. I cannot complete creating a New Training Job following the instructions or trying any other combination in the UI

instructions not consistent with the UI on the google cloud console --> specifically for the pre-built container, wouldn't pop up at certain times. models wouldn't be imported automatically into the registry after training
