The lab environment is severely outdated and buggy. The pre-installed KFP and pipeline components have major version conflicts that immediately break the initial code imports. Furthermore, the backend region constraints (Org Policies) frequently contradict the lab instructions, causing unavoidable HTTP 400 errors, and the automated grader fails to recognize successfully completed pipelines. I spent the entire time debugging the broken environment instead of learning the actual material. Needs a complete overhaul.
