bq data set wrong, indexing wrong, just many errors besides todos. this labs either should be updated or removed

Had to make a few changes to the code to get the data. The BQ table is not called 'stories' like the lab. The BQ table is called 'full'. Also, had to adjust the REGEX commands to be able to extract the URLs because it was throwing an error with the OFFSET
