I had to complete the lab 4 times, to get all checkpoints and I am sure that I did everything in order without errors as I double checked names and everything else to match with tasks, everything worked on cloud, but progress checking simply failed..

It does not see progress.. Yesterday I could not complete "create an HTTP function" as it did not give me progress score, today the last progress score does not see status, nevertheless everything was done in order and with outcome that was written in the lab

Issue in your lab after completing all steps and results displayed as expected in last step it shows you missing some steps. You are wasting time of students. Faced similar issue in many labs. After retrying same steps multiple times it succeeds.
