I'm not able to create the environment in the current lb, since the granted access to my account is Editor in GCP IAM policy: >> google424230_student@qwiklabs.net Editor While according to the policies in GCP (https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/admin-api/access-control) it should be "Owner" in order to create an application (and thus perform the tasks in the lab): >> appengine.applications.create on the requested Application resource. Requires Owner role permissions on GCP project.
