I was able to complete this task after facing issue in SSH ,the solution I tried was to perform these tasks in cloud shell, the steps of which are provided in the discussion forum.

Having an issue bringing up the SSH server through the computer engine. Advised my company IT to see what can be done after talking to customer service with Qwiklabs. 40/100 and not able to complete. Edit: Needed to turn off Proxy Server to complete the lab for step 2 to connect to the SSH server.
