useless lab

Issues with code aside (duplicated import statements and use of obsolete print formatting functions), this lab has no place in a course like this. It's too technical, and the "TO DO"s in the notebook are absolutely useless. The point of these lessons should be to encourage students to try to figure out solutions on their own. But the instructions in this notebook are so incredibly vague that it's impossible - even for experienced developers - to complete the notebooks without looking at the solution. What's the point?
