This lab was very confusing. Unable to get past installing the fairness-indicators; rest of commands wouldn't work after I restarted the kernal

Step 1 asked to open JupyterLab but when I tried it gave an error 401 with no more info. I attempted the Chat Support and Elsa indicated only people who can help are in the email version. This was the second time I need to reach out to the support team in this particular course of 'Managing ML Projects with Google Cloud'. Unfortunate because all the other Coursera classes I've taken have worked great! also, in step 1, it says to open 'Notebook' under the AI platform menu, but it should be 'Workbench' instead. It took me a while to figure that out. Would be great if those instructions could be updated. thank you. Carlos
