There was no link Create Google Apps Script. Eventually I figured out how to open the apps script editor, but I wasted 10 minutes figuring that out. Then I got the following error at the end of task 2: GoogleJsonResponseException: API call to bigquery.jobs.query failed with error: Cannot parse as CloudRegion. It looks like it gave me credit for the lab even though I never got to task 3. At least this lab didn't cost credits or tokens that I'm aware of.
