traceroute command was not installed in the vm instances and there are a few changes in the ui

Awesome lab but here's a few thing that may or may not work as intended. Step 5 in Create a custom-type network says Allow all instances in the network so it doesnt match with the Step 3 in Explore Connectivity where we have to ping learn-3. The ping doesn't fail as intended if you follow the pictures. We created subnet-1b but we never use it, instead VM learn-3 and learn-4 are in the subnet-1a. You also have to install traceroute on the VMs in which you enter commands. Keep up the good work :)
