Instructions for running the message-processor application are incorrect. They are for a maven project, but it is a gradle project (Task 8). Users will want to run something like ./gradlew bootRun to start the application as it is now.

cd ~ curl https://start.spring.io/starter.tgz \ -d dependencies=web,cloud-gcp-pubsub \ -d bootVersion=2.4.6.RELEASE \ -d baseDir=message-processor | tar -xzvf - this command generates a GRADLE script not a MAVEN script so i couldnt proceed, i tried workarounds but couldnt set --build=maven on --build maven in the middle of the script (it was ignored)

Please add "-d type=maven-project" to curl https://start.spring.io/starter.tgz, as it's using gradle by default
