Could not find the Trace-Explorer easily. Only through search after a few minutes. Would therefore suggest to modify the lab and add simply searching for the Trace-Explorer in the search-bar at the top of the screen into the instructions. Otherwise everything worked.

It seems that this step is not updated: In the Navigation Menu, navigate to Trace > Trace Explorer in the Operations section, and then hit the Close button (X).
