There are errors in the instructions, and the format of the instructions is inconsistent with most GCSB instructions. The version of Airflow specified is not available in the region specified, and there’s a warning saying that it won’t work. Fortunately, it does work. The instructions say, “Run these commands in Cloud Shell, replacing gcs_source_bucket and gcs_dest_bucket by the names of the buckets you created on Task 2,” but what actually needs to be replaced is {UNIQUE_ID}-us and {UNIQUE_ID}-eu. It's an interesting lab otherwise.
