In Task 4, I edited the retail-fullaccess product twice to add a quota value of 5 requests per minute, I *saved the edited product* and the change was not persisted either time.

In "Objectives", the following is not proper English, so difficult to understand: "Limit the number of orders that are created allowed for an entity by using a Quota policy." should read something like: "Limit the number of order creations that are allowed for an entity by using a Quota policy."
