Full provisioning of Apigee failed for the lab startup tasks breaking the entire lab. After I had gone through 2/3 of the lab I noticed this error, what a shame

SUGGESTION: Combine Lab 8a with this so that resources don't need to be reprovisioned - it's taking 35 minutes plus to get everything provisioned.
