CLI continues to get stuck on - waiting for runtime instance eval-instance to be active . This is super frustrating! I have to restart the CLI multiple times

The Qwiklabs instance did not provision but instead it throws the following error "'us-west1' violates constraint `constraints/gcp.resourceLocations` on the resource 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-eae7dbb5feec, field name: Analytics Region'"

This process is worthless. it takes 20-30 minutes to get the setup to actually work before you can do anything. It randomly errors differently each lab. I don't recommend this course to anyone.
