Cannot use the https://storage.googleapis.com/cloud-training-cors/developing-apis/specs/retail-backend.yaml URL in the OpenAPI Spec. I get the error that it is 'forbidden'.

Interface in active lab did not match lab instructions, but I was able to puzzle it out. Would be good to update lab instructions to match current Cloud / Apigee UI.
