Had issues getting worker pools populated, causing the lab to almost run out of time. INFO:root:2019-06-05T17:28:48.858Z: JOB_MESSAGE_WARNING: Autoscaling: Unable to reach resize target in zone us-central1-b. INFO:root:2019-06-05T17:33:56.525Z: JOB_MESSAGE_DETAILED: Autoscaling: Raised the number of workers to 1 based on the rate of progress in the currently running step(s). INFO:root:2019-06-05T17:33:56.571Z: JOB_MESSAGE_DETAILED: Resized worker pool to 1, though goal was 4. This could be a quota issue.

I was failed this lab before, cause I read python code before running the job, and I also take few min break then the lab timeout. In this time, I not read any content, just run the jobs step by step. It spend 30 min on Dataflow start & shutdown. This lab is spend too much time on wait.
