I was able to finish this task adding specificc zone to commands. Without the zone I was receiving similar message: JOB_MESSAGE_ERROR: Startup of the worker pool in zone us-east4-c failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. Please refer to https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/guides/common-errors#worker-pool-failure for help troubleshooting. ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED: Instance 'beamapp-root-0310232422-9-03101524-b5c8-harness-9thp' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-04-cf57c1083ace/zones/us-east4-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later
