Following the flow of this lab would not lead to success, as it took too much time for the parts to run on GCP. If you are going to allow so little live time, perhaps you should have people read the git repo scripts before starting the lab. My vote would be for more time, so that I wasn't just mindlessly copy/pasting to get code to run in time.
