A job cmd to create the ingest data table failed due to lack of resource in us-east4 zone. spending lots of time troubleshooting, and enough time to finish the lab. I had to fix the cmd to run it in another region us-east1 to pass the step. This was a very well executed lab....the job state language is different in the cloud shell for the "completed" vs "done" states than it is in the write up
