it´s very dificult to understand the lab, in 1 hr it´s impossible

this lab is basically copy-paste the command because there's not enough time to actually read documentation or try to understand what's going on. If I have an hour to complete something (the processes themselves took up +-30 minutes of this time) it is impossible to actually gain knowledge.
