3rd try now and cloud shell still not connecting

Garbage. Had error when trying to run the Dataflow pipeline, so I had to do several debugging. Turns out I had to change the zone. Also the codes ran very slowly, so 1 hour is not enough, especially with the bugs. The tasks descriptions also looked messy.
