west2 region was not working for me, it was always out of capacity for Dataflow workers. had to use west1 instead

Lab :ETL Processing on Google Cloud Using Dataflow and BigQuery: dataprep job is erroring out. Reported appx 2 weeks back. The support representative told me to come up with the resolution. I didn't hear after that. The issue persists.
