I was not able to finish task. Startup of the worker pool in zone us-east4-a failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. Please refer to https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/guides/common-errors#worker-pool-failure for help troubleshooting. Job takes 5 minutes and only copies 4 records to big query. You have to run 4 jobs to complete so there's not enough time to debug and understand the problem.
