Didn't function properly... didn't allow selection of super hero in the dropdown... didn't have time to troubleshoot

The javascript for calling getlist of superheroes was not invoked to create the options. I think something is wrong with the html, but I couldn't fix it. If I manually created the options for a couple of super heroes, I could populate the Dossier text box.
