Needs updated to reflect Node.js 10.x, Node.js 8.10 is not an option. Text editor also complains of errors when cut and pasting for getMissionDetails (code still seems to run fine).

IAM resources created previously aren't reused. Permissions aren't really usefull here (Restrcitions) since this is the lambda functions which return more or less informations
