Could not create a policy in step 35. I got : "An error occurred: User: arn:aws:sts::720086424315:federated-user/tomhubba is not authorized to perform: iam:CreatePolicy on resource: policy SuperDynamoDBScanPolicy"

This lab is broken. Permissions do not allow us to create policies i.e. "SuperDynamoDBScanPolicy" or the query policy. ERROR when creating policy (After it successfully verifies policy) An error occurred: User: arn:aws:sts::194542174913:federated-user/wielandj is not authorized to perform: iam:CreatePolicy on resource: policy SuperDynamoDBQueryPolicy

Broken. Lab is not set up to create policies. I verified region, I logged out, logged back in..nothing worked. Can't complete lab. What a joke.
