Using Tableau Desktop with Amazon Redshift Reviews

The steps were not straightforward for opening up the remote desktop. The connect tab didn't automatically open on my computer. Had it not been for that, 5 stars.

Getting a message "Couldn't create RDP, bad_connection_DNS_Name. " I'm not able to connect to the environment or run the lab. Its been like this for at least 10 minutes.

LAB seems to be broken. It looks like it never brought up a working environment and I couldn't access the Console...waited more than 30 minutes.

I was not able to download the RDP file as part of the training initially. At first, the lab was still getting setup, which is understandable. However, after the lab was ready, i continued to get an error downloading the RDP file. I was not able to download until sometime, and eventually refreshing the screen multiple times, i was able to. Lost some time trying to figure out how to do it. However, i was able to make up the time and complete the whole session with time to spare. Hence 4*
