slack has changed their setup, confimation numbers, etc takes forever to get those to come thorugh. will haveto come back to this when i have more time

I got a error Lambda function (TypeError: string indices must be integers). I had to change alarm_name = message['AlarmName'] to alarm_name = message (same for new_state and reason). I didn't understand why.
