Slack HTTPS request fails with 404 Not Found message. When submitted via browser the hook URL is working correctly.

the code for the lambda function had environmental variables, but we didn't use them. Instead it had me replace the actual code. This is not consistent with other labs in this journey.

Not sure what the CloudWatch setup was for. Wasn't used - all SNS events generate from test events.
