I tried the sample SNS message generates an error in the lambda function: the handler can't parse the SNS message.

Good lab but you for me I had to FIRST create the lambda function, then SECOND create the alarm, then THIRD test the function instead of the order given in the lab.

I had issues with the order of steps in the lab. Need to create the Labda function before step 38... They are working on this Lab and it doesn't properly record meeting objectives. Good example though...
