Should have included scenario to disable a back end to see how the ELB works fully in that situation. Should also mention web server logging when ELB is used (hint: use X-Fordwarded-For)

Instances did not respond with initialization script. Tried twice (rebuilt infrastructure with the command hand typed then copied from the text file). Everything else worked though!

Was some time between server showing healthy and pages showing up in browser under the load balance URL. Individual URLs worked fine the whole time.
