There is a problem when guide are showing how setup the Load Balancer, because it says at 1st step "just put Name LabELB, and Next to security Group, but the problem is, AWS ask for HTTPS and SSL Port Open, and sends me to 1st step to add that, but when I did, later at Certificate Step (tutorial dont talk abput it) says my profile IAM cant list certificates, thats why I shopuld END tutorial and get frustrated.
